Welcome to Skillentraea Center, your partner for leadership skills development. These terms govern the use of services, info products, and merchandise offered via skillentraea.com.

Services

Skillentraea Center offers instructor-led coaching, workshops, and personalized training sessions focused on leadership development. All bookings must be arranged via our contact form. Cancellations or scheduling adjustments submitted at least 7 days before the session will qualify for an alternative schedule or a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for reimbursement due to planning requirements. If Skillentraea Center must cancel or reschedule, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund.

Info Products

Digital materials, including courses, guides, and webinars, are accessible immediately upon purchase. Customers may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided less than 10% of the content has been accessed. All requests must be submitted via our contact form. After 14 days or if more than 10% of the content has been accessed, digital materials are non-refundable due to instant delivery.

Merchandise

Physical items such as books or printed toolkits are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Unused merchandise may be shipped back within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please contact us via our contact form to obtain a prepaid shipping label. Once the item arrives in good condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Sealed or customized materials are not eligible for exchange or reimbursement.

Reimbursement Process

All requests must be directed through our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval confirmation. In cases of rescheduling, credit may be applied toward a future session within 12 months.

Modifications to Terms

Skillentraea Center may update these terms at any time. The effective date of these terms is January 1, 2025. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
